Summit Adventure Cancellation Policy
This policy exists to encourage commitment and personal
responsibility on the part of the participant, protect Summit and
ensure that individuals who genuinely desire a Summit experience
can participate.
Cancellations can be made by phone but must be confirmed
in writing. Cancellations not confirmed in writing will be considered
"no-shows" and will be subject to no transfer of paid
tuition. In the event you cancel attendance on your Summit course
the following schedule will apply:
More than 30 days before the course - Full transfer
of paid tuition to a future course.
Less than 30 days before the course - No transfer
of paid tuition.
There will be NO TRANSFER of tuition in the following
cases:
•A "No-show"
•Voluntary withdrawal
•Dismissal from the course for behavioral,
medical, or safety reasons
In the event that Summit cancels the course, full
tuition paid may be refunded or transferred to a different course.
