oLITE: Outdoor Leadership Intern Experience

This 12-week internship program is specifically for 19-23 year-olds looking for personal development through working with a wilderness adventure-based ministry focused on serving. In college, just out of college, or somewhere in between the oLITE program will fill your summer with adventure-having, community-building, and self-exploring. Along with a venue for loads of experiences, Summit Adventure also provides room and board during your enrollment in the oLITE program.

This unpaid internship can qualify, at some colleges/universities, towards academic credit. Obtaining academic credit is your responsibility, notify Summit of your intentions and we will support you in your efforts.

Seasonal Positions

Summit Adventure hires for several seasonal positions each year. These positions include Wilderness Instructor, Intern, Logistics, Base Coordinator, and Cook positions. Applications will be accepted between December 1 and March 1. It is recommended you return your application as early as possible. Hiring is completed by March 15 for the summer season.
